Got exactly what I ordered, delivered in South Africa in under a month from order date. Had to pay DHL customs fee if about $10, but it was easy and efficient. Watch is fab. Highly recommend. ( I see as usual there are a few peeps moooaning on here, mostly because they didn’t read instructions properly - It takes a bit of time. It’s a bespoke watch. & There are international custom laws to hurdle. Leave your correct details and these guys will fix you up in a reasonable timeframe. As they did for me in deepest dark Africa :) dhug

Hidden cost to pay the duty/tax was an annoying surprise. This needs to be more obvious. But! Had the watch a year now and still looks as good as day 1, works fine too. Very happy with the product!

horrible service. They only offer chat and an email they never respond to. In the chat they just tell you they will send the information to the "team." The "team" that won't respond to your email. Garbage product and service.

The watch keeps pretty good time. The look is nice as well with both Snoopy and Charlie Brown on the face. The customer service is just awful. I asked questions about the lume and the general manager never addressed them. I wanted to change the battery and instead of telling the battery size he said any jeweler will know! About a year later I asked the same questions again and someone named Chris said that they did not put lume on my watch. I had to ask twice how to remove the back . First he gave me the jeweler answer and finally said it pops off after prodding him for an answe. For the price, I would not order from them again as they are just so difficult to deal with for basic information.

The watch is good looking and arrived eventually, but I don't believe it is a genuine Seiko movement. It does not have a 40-hour reserve or anything close to it. The watch continually stops when I sleep. Other than that it's really good looking, but you should probably not buy watches off Instagram. Lesson learned.

I am happy with the watch itself, although the quality of the strap was a little disappointing.

However, after receiving the item I was suprised to be charged an additional fee of 19.30 GBP from FedEx to cover duty and taxes.

In hindsight I've now seen these fees are mentioned in the small print in the terms and conditions on the website, but most customers are unlikely to look at this. At the point of order delivery costs were described as 'free'. This is misleading, and these fees should be made much clearer.

Poor. Watch took 3 months to arrive. Then got hit with an import duty bill. Apparently this is in the T&Cs but needs to be clearer.

Great and unique product design, especially for the price. I had an issue with my order initially but it was resolved very quickly via Undone's customer services. I rate them even higher for this because I have a lot more trust and respect for companies who can accept errors and correct them quickly, especially when ordering from the other side of the world. The Monopoly watch that I ordered is stunning and I'll definitely look to order again in the future

Watch took a while to come, so we contacted undone and they were great help, and watch came absolutely fine. Great watch, Great look, and Great Quality ;).
